How Pricing Works

Our pricing is based on the amount of space your items take up in our trailer, measured in cubic yards.

• 1/8 Trailer Load: Starting at $100
• 1/4 Trailer Load: Starting at $150
• 1/2 Trailer Load: Starting at $300
• Full Trailer Load: Starting at $400

Additional fees may apply:
• Second-floor removal fee: $100
• Truck bed loading (when additional space is required): $50

Additional Fees

Certain jobs may require additional $50 charge due to safety concerns or disposal requirements, including but not limited to:

Excessive dust or debris
Strong odors
Animal feces or waste
Biohazardous materials
Other hazardous or unsanitary conditions
Paint
Motor Oil
Gasoline

Any applicable fees will be discussed and approved before work begins. Final pricing may vary depending on the volume, weight, accessibility, and condition of the items being removed.
